Please note that your payments will be processed by the Mantra Group/SAMARAD; this will appear on your bank statement as Peppers/Mantra/BFree Surfers Paradise. Please note that this property requires a $100 credit card pre-authorisation or $200 cash deposit upon check in to cover any incidental charges. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Please note that accommodation is serviced once a week. Maintenance Notice: Pool Closure – Maintenance scheduled 10th-15th Oct, no access to the pool during this time. Pool area remedial works commencing 10th Oct, 07:30am -4:00pm weekdays only for approximately 5 weeks, Please note Jack hammering will occur, which may cause noise disruptions during this time. Access to the pool will be via the stairs from Beach Street or Memorial Ave, no lift access to the pool during this time.
